Hello. I am Norah Greatrix, and I'm dedicated to helping people discover the power within their bodies for self-healing and self-realization.

I have trained in a variety of fields related to embodied human wholeness and nervous system health, and strive to make my practice an allied space.

I am committed to sharing the transformative nature of somatic healing and helping people access their bodies innate wisdom and birthright to feel safe in their body and embody the pleasure of presence.

As a Somatic Experiencing™ Practitioner, educator, and embodiment guide, I help people of all ages learn the language of their body and believe in the alchemy of breath, sound, and movement to live a life from our deepest, truest self.
