Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Fees

This appointment time is yours. In the event that you cannot make your appointment, please contact me by email at; info@bodymindkingston.com, at least 24 hours before your appointment time. This allows opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If I do not hear from you within that time frame, you will be charged a $50 appointment fee. This amount is required to be paid before booking your next appointment.

No Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment you will be considered a ‘no-show’ and required to pay for your missed appointment. This fee is required to be paid before booking your next appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your session, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments may follow yours. Please let me know if you are running late. You are still responsible to pay for your full treatment time if you arrive late to your appointment. Out of respect and consideration to other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.  Once 15 minutes has passed without notice, I will assume you are not coming and your appointment will be completed & closed.
